Seven creatives on a starved ad set learn nothing

We run Facebook and Instagram accounts for Quebec brands and retailers. The work starts with a question few people ask: does your ad set get enough events to learn anything at all?

You will recognize your account if…

  • Your ad sets stay stuck in learning
Meta needs roughly 50 events a week to leave the learning phase. Below that, the system guesses.
  • You test a lot and learn nothing
Seven creatives splitting a thin budget is seven samples too small to conclude anything.
  • The pixel reports numbers your store does not confirm
Meta claims sales your back office never sees, and you steer by the wrong dashboard.
  • Three-second retention collapses
The video does not hold, so CPM rises, so everything downstream costs more.

What we do on the account

  • 01
We count events before we structure
Weekly volume per ad set decides how many campaigns we can afford. It is a mathematical constraint, not a preference.
  • 02
    Pixel and Conversions API verification
Duplicates, missing events, empty parameters. We compare what Meta reports against what the store actually collects.
  • 03
    Fewer creatives, better funded
We concentrate budget on few enough variants that each one reaches a meaningful threshold.
  • 04
    Vertical video produced in house
We cut the creatives ourselves: Reels, Stories, 9:16 and 4:5. No round trip with an outside studio.
  • 05
    UTM tags set correctly
So your CRM and analytics see the same campaign Meta does, and decisions rest on more than the platform's word.
  • 06
A cut is only done at both levels
Pausing an ad without touching the ad set lets budget leak elsewhere. We check both, every time.

Brands we've grown

A few clients we've delivered this service for.

“We've been working with Borgia Digital for 2 months. In one month, we went from zero online sales and zero online presence to 200 orders. Michael and his team literally blew our sales through the roof. An unimaginable ROAS. I highly recommend them.”

We work well together if…

We work with you if…

We turn down ~60% of requests, because we want to deliver real results and that requires the right fundamentals on your end.

Qualify my project
  • You have enough volume to exit the learning phase, or the budget to get there
  • You are ready to test fewer creatives and actually fund them
  • You want measurement wired before budgets go up
  • You accept being told when this is not the right channel for you

Frequently asked

The questions we get most before kicking off.

What is the difference between Meta Ads and Facebook Ads?
Same tool. Meta has been the company name since 2021 and the ads manager covers Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the audience network. People still say Facebook Ads out of habit.
What does Facebook advertising cost in Quebec?
Cost per thousand impressions swings widely by industry and season, and climbs hard from mid-November through Christmas. The number that matters is not cost per click but cost per sale, and that can only be answered after looking at your account.
Does it still work after the privacy changes?
Yes, provided events are sent through the Conversions API on top of the pixel. An account relying on the browser pixel alone loses part of the signal and optimizes on a partial view.
Do you produce the creatives or do I supply them?
We produce them. It is a core part of the engagement: in social advertising the creative is the main lever, and waiting on an outside supplier kills the testing rhythm.
How long before judging a campaign?
Long enough to accumulate a meaningful event volume, usually two to four weeks depending on budget. Cutting after three days because one number looks bad is the most expensive decision we see in the accounts we take over.
