A full Shopify redesign, shipped without interrupting sales
Fling Toothpicks sells flavoured toothpicks made in Quebec: five flavours, 25 toothpicks per pack, an alternative to cigarettes, vapes and gum. The brand had the personality and the product, but its site ran on PageFly pages layered over the Horizon theme, with a bundle builder that bypassed the cart and no subscription option. We rebuilt the home page and the product pages as native Horizon sections, designed a fully custom bundle builder, developed by Borgia from scratch to pick flavours and quantities, integrated Shopify Subscriptions with its two discount tiers, then published everything on August 26, 2026 from a duplicated theme, without touching the live store before the switch.
