Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect on borgia.ca, why we collect it, who it passes through, and what your rights are. We wrote it in plain language on purpose: you shouldn’t need a lawyer to understand what we do with your information.
Person responsible for the protection of personal information
The person responsible for the protection of personal information at Borgia Digital is:
He is the one to contact with any question or request about your personal information.
What information we collect
- What you give us in our forms: name, email, phone, company, website and your diagnostic answers.
- Browsing data, through cookies and only with your consent: audience measurement (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Meta pixel, Google Ads).
- Attribution data: campaign parameters (UTM) and referring site, so we know which channel brought you to us.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your requests (contact forms, diagnostic, call bookings).
- To measure the site’s audience.
- To measure how well our advertising campaigns perform.
That’s it.
Who your information passes through
We rely on service providers to run the site and our operations:
- Google (Analytics, Ads) — audience measurement and advertising
- Meta — advertising measurement
- GoHighLevel — our CRM (managing requests)
- Resend — email delivery
- Netlify — site hosting
- Sanity — content management
Some of these providers store data outside Quebec, notably on servers located in the United States. Your information may therefore be communicated outside Quebec — we’re telling you here because the law requires it, and because you deserve to know.
Cookies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Essential — required for the site to work. Always on.
- Measurement and advertising — Google Analytics 4, Meta pixel and Google Ads. Enabled only if you consent through the banner.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: click “Manage cookies” in the footer and the banner will ask for your choice again.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purposes described above. After that, we delete your information or anonymize it.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- request access to the information we hold about you;
- request that it be corrected if inaccurate;
- withdraw your consent;
- request de-indexing (that we stop disseminating your information).
To exercise these rights, write to create@borgia.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
