Which platform do you work on?
Klaviyo first: it's the reference for online stores and the tool we use every week on client mandates. On Mailchimp, Omnisend or something else? We assess together whether to migrate or optimize in place.
How long before results?
Automations work from the moment they're activated: every new subscriber, cart or purchase triggers its sequence. Campaigns and deliverability build over weeks. Email's contribution reads in your dashboard, not ours.
Do you write in French or English?
Both. A Quebec list gets natural French, not translated American formulas; a bilingual list gets every send in its own language. It's often the first visible lift in conversion rates.
What if my current flows are fine?
We tell you. The initial audit grades every flow: keep, fix, or build. If there's no work worth your money, you leave with the audit and that's it.
