Cost per click does not pay your salaries

When a team already runs a media budget, the problem is no longer launching campaigns. It is knowing which channel brings customers who stay, and what they truly cost.

The four most common blind spots

  • Every platform claims the same sale
Add up Meta, Google and your analytics reports and you get more sales than you actually made.
  • Cost per lead falls, revenue does not move
The channel produces cheap but poorly qualified volume, and the work simply shifts onto your sales team.
  • Nobody knows what a customer is worth at six months
Without lifetime value, there is no way to decide how much you can afford to pay to acquire one.
  • A channel gets cut on a three-day window
A channel at zero purchases over three days can be the most profitable over seven. The reading window changes the conclusion.

What we put in place

  • 01
    A single source of truth
We pick the dashboard that rules, usually the CRM or the store, and stop arbitrating on platform reports.
  • 02
    Full end-to-end tagging
UTMs set at the source, attribution fields filled in the CRM, the same campaign readable everywhere.
  • 03
Cost per customer, not per click
We follow the chain to the closed sale, not to the submitted form.
  • 04
    Reading across several windows
Three days and seven days, systematically, before any cut or budget increase.
  • 05
Arbitrage between channels, not optimization inside one
The right question is not how to improve Meta, it is where the next dollar goes.

Brands we've grown

A few clients we've delivered this service for.

“We've been working with Borgia Digital for 2 months. In one month, we went from zero online sales and zero online presence to 200 orders. Michael and his team literally blew our sales through the roof. An unimaginable ROAS. I highly recommend them.”

We turn down ~60% of requests, because we want to deliver real results and that requires the right fundamentals on your end.

Qualify my project
  • You already spend on at least two paid channels
  • You have a CRM or store that can serve as the source of truth
  • You want to arbitrate between channels rather than optimize inside one
  • You accept putting measurement straight before touching budgets

Frequently asked

The questions we get most before kicking off.

What is the difference between paid acquisition and performance marketing?
In practice none: two names for the same work, buying traffic and making it profitable. Performance stresses measurement, acquisition stresses the objective.
Which platforms do you buy media on?
Mainly Meta, Google and YouTube. We only recommend a channel when volume and margin justify it: adding a platform at constant budget dilutes learning everywhere.
Do you work with our in-house team?
Yes, and it is often the best setup. The in-house team knows the product and the customers, we bring the media-buying mechanics and measurement discipline.
What if the conclusion is to stop spending?
We say so. Our internal rule is that no advertising dollar goes out without verified measurement, and when tracking is broken we propose the pause rather than keep billing for blind management.
