Rebuild your site without starting over

Most redesigns fix an appearance problem and create a performance one. We do the reverse: we start from what already worked, keep it, and repair what stopped the site from selling.

The four redesigns that go wrong

  • The new site looks better and converts less
The design was redone without looking at which pages brought customers or which buttons they clicked.
  • Traffic collapses the following month
Addresses changed with no redirects. Years of search equity leave with the old site.
  • The site is slow on phones
Heavy animations, unoptimized images, render-blocking fonts. Most of your visitors are on mobile and leave before seeing the page.
  • Nobody can edit it afterwards
The site ships, the agency leaves, and changing a line of copy needs a developer. The site ages on its own.

What we do before designing anything

  • 01
    We measure what exists first
Which pages bring traffic, which bring customers, and where people drop off. What works stays.
  • 02
Full inventory of addresses and rankings
So every URL worth something today points to its equivalent tomorrow. That is the plan's first line, not its last.
  • 03
    We fix what prevented conversion
Journeys, forms, proof, clarity of the offer. That is where conversion work lives, at the moment it is useful.
  • 04
    Mobile performance held to budget
We target a high mobile Lighthouse score and verify it before delivery, not on trust.
  • 05
    Measurement rewired and verified
Analytics, conversions and campaign tags tested end to end on launch day.
  • 06
A site your team can edit
Content editable without a developer. A site nobody can change is a site that starts aging badly the next day.
We work well together if…

We work with you if…

We turn down ~60% of requests, because we want to deliver real results and that requires the right fundamentals on your end.

Qualify my project
  • Your current site already brings traffic you do not want to lose
  • You are rebuilding to sell more, not only to look better
  • You accept keeping pages you dislike when they perform
  • You want to edit content yourself after delivery

Frequently asked

The questions we get most before kicking off.

What does a website redesign cost in Quebec?
A professional redesign runs from a few thousand dollars for a brochure site to several tens of thousands for one with commerce and integrations. Price depends mostly on how many templates must be designed and what has to plug in, not on page count. We give a firm price and date after a scoping call.
Do you lose your rankings when rebuilding a site?
Not if the redirect plan is done before launch. Every address with traffic or inbound links must point to its equivalent with a 301. Redesigns that crater traffic are the ones where this step was left to the end.
What are the steps of a redesign?
Measure what exists, inventory the addresses, structure the content, design the templates, build, wire measurement, plan redirects, launch, then watch rankings for a month.
How long does it take?
For a brochure site, plan a few weeks. What stretches a project is almost always waiting on copy and photos, rarely the technical work.
Should we change platform during the redesign?
Not necessarily. If the current platform works and your team knows it, keeping it reduces risk and cost. We only recommend a switch when it solves a problem we have measured.
