For a local business, the Google listing comes before the site

When someone searches for a service near them, Google shows three listings before any website results. A business with an address that neglects its listing misses most of the opportunities.

What loses the local pack

  • Details do not match from one place to another
An address written three different ways across the listing, the site and directories. Google hesitates, and when in doubt it prefers a competitor that did not make it hesitate.
  • Categories are badly chosen
The primary category decides which searches the listing can appear in. The most important setting, and the most often left at its default.
  • No reviews, or none in two years
Review volume and freshness count. A listing frozen for a long time loses ground without doing anything wrong.
  • Empty city pages
Thirty identical pages where only the city name changes. It does not rank and it weakens the rest of the site.

What we do

  • 01
    Google listing put straight
Categories, service area, hours, photos, description and products. The fastest gain in nearly every local engagement.
  • 02
    Details made consistent everywhere
Same name, same address, same number on the site, the listing and the directories that matter.
  • 03
    A system for earning reviews
A request at the right moment, in the right channel, without buying anything. Fake reviews get detected and cost dearly.
  • 04
City pages only where there is volume
Measured before writing. One page per city that deserves one, with content of its own.
  • 05
    The business's structured data
So Google connects the site, the listing and the real company without ambiguity.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most before kicking off.

What is the difference between local SEO and classic SEO?
Classic SEO targets website results, local SEO targets the block of three listings shown above them. The levers differ: the listing, the reviews and consistent details weigh as much as site content.
Do you need a public address?
Not necessarily. A business that travels to the customer can configure a service area without showing its address. The setup is different and it is one of the errors we correct most often.
How long before something changes?
Listing corrections often show within weeks, far faster than site content. That is why we start there when the business has an address.
Can you get a bad review removed?
Only if it breaks Google's rules, and most do not. The strategy that works is earning enough real ones that a single review weighs less. We do not touch fake reviews, neither creating nor buying them.
